Welcome to the Greenbanana online resource for the CIPR Foundation Award. It provides password protected educational support materials covering the Foundation syllabus for students enrolled with Cambridge Marketing Colleges.
Study materials are provided, alongside useful reading and links to other resources. Activities relating to the teaching sessions – including pre- and post-session work are detailed.

In addition to the 15 hours of tutor contact during the study sessions, students should plan at least 15 hours of individual study engaged in directed activities, background reading and revision.

| INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES: The Examination will commence at 1:30 pm on Friday 23 March 2012 and will finish at 4:30 pm. The exam paper will be published here fifteen minutes before the start time – that is at 1:15pm. PASSWORD NOT REQUIRED |
Candidates should prepare their workspace in good time – with computer access offering internet and MS Word.
If any technical issues with the PC/laptop are experienced during the assignment, contact Bernadette Eveleigh at CIPR immediately on 020 7631 6925 who will advise on the matter of allowing additional time equating to that which has been lost (up to thirty minutes). Where lost time exceeds thirty minutes due to serious technical faults with your computer or software then the CIPR will re-arrange for you to take the exam at the next scheduled exam date in March 2012. |

Candidates are permitted to use any texts and notes as this is an open book exam. Direct quotations/illustration must be acknowledged by referencing. CIPR advises the following requirement (ie this is not full Harvard referencing):

| This is a timed 3 hour exam and exam conditions will apply. Candidates should ensure they are in an environment where they will not be interrupted. CIPR asks candidates to refrain from any discussion or consultation with other candidates either by phone or email. The Awarding Body reserves the right to disqualify anybody noted to be in breach of these conditions |
| Completed scripts must be emailed to arrive with Heather Yaxley by 4.45pm. Scripts received after this time will be deemed as late and not included for marking – ie a non-submission. |
